Sunray Capital Partners, LLC is a private equity partnership, established in Washington DC to identify small business acquisition opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and/or Southeastern parts of the United States.  Sunray represents a select number of private investors who participate in privately held businesses through active management and/or silent equity ownership.

Sunray is looking to invest in eCommerce, Business services, durable goods Distribution and/or Manufacturing companies, whose current owners wish to sell either the entire or majority ownership in and fully transfer or share managerial control of their business.

Sunray is interested to acquire companies in the following industries:

• eCommerce, Internet-based (B2C and/or B2B)
• Business services
• Construction materials
• Hardware and industrial products
• Appliances, industrial electronics
• Value-added business services

Sunray is focused on small businesses with annual sales revenue of $3 million to $10 million and EBITDA of $300,000 to $2 million, solid reputation in their market and significant growth potential.
